Every company must have a plan for their business. Many companies start with a plan but after a few years stop updating it. In the meantime many things have changed and a renewed purpose and focus for the company may be desirable.
The Vantage Point Planning System is our methodology for writing strategic plans and performing tasks that will create a standard for which to measure your company’s performance.
There are four essential components to planning:
- Business Planning defines your purpose and how you will accomplish objectives;
- Marketing determines what you do and how you do it;
- Sales is the act of selling directly to customers;
- Business Development is building business relationships and selling through intermediaries.
