Vantage Point & Associates was founded in 2000 with a purpose of helping technology companies sell and market their products more effectively. Some of the best products never make it into customers’ hands based on a belief those products will sell themselves and don’t require marketing. Vantage Point fills the void by offering professional services to help technology companies build recognition in the marketplace and increase their sales.

These are some of the guiding principles that drive what we do for clients to make a positive impact:

Plan to Succeed. The more a company puts their sales and marketing plans on paper, the more likely they will succeed. Planning causes a company to think things through and to anticipate problems before they occur. Vantage Point is expert at writing sales and marketing plans and helping our clients follow through on those plans to get the desired results.

An Extra Pair of Eyes to Help You Focus. Two of the most common reasons a company loses focus are: 1) “trying to be all things to all people” and  2) performing tasks that have no clear objective in mind. Vantage Point acts as an extra pair of eyes to help companies identify their sales and marketing weaknesses and to bring focus to plans and tasks that meet objectives.

Getting to the Next Level. Success is great to have and when a company achieves it, they want more. Eventually a company levels off in revenue and doesn’t know how to get to the next level. The Vantage Point Planning System is our methodology for applying best practices in each of the four areas: Business Planning, Applied Marketing, Business Development and Sales Execution. Improving in one or more of these areas helps our clients achieve a higher level of success.

Lee Mrkonjic is the Principal of Vantage Point & Associates. He is a specialist in Sales and Marketing along with expertise in Business Development and Business Planning. Lee has been in the technology industry for over 20 years and has worked in several large corporations as well as a number of small, entrepreneurial companies. He brings a wealth of knowledge and has a hands on approach to working with clients.
